New crash information added by DrKonqi

Since Akonady failed to sync akonadi_gcal_resource_0 (error "No payload to add
event"), I removed akonadi_gcal_resource_0 and added a new entry
akonadi_gcal_resource_2. I filled in my usedid and password, and Akonadi
crashed...
