- Launch Kmail
- Click on 'New' button
- Go to Message menu/Insert File...
- Now go to Message menu/Insert File Recent

The file name is displayed as well as in brackets the file's url(example:
file:////home/sabine/kde/project/kolab/testdata/text file?charset=UTF-8)
whereas only the path should be displayed instead.
