Version:           1.13.2 (using 4.4.2 (KDE 4.4.2), Kubuntu packages)

Whenever I click on the "to" button to pick a name, I get an old Address Book
list, not the stuff I imported into Kontact.  90% of the time I cannot Add a
new entry via the right mouse button either.

This was a clean install.
