Steps which lead to crash:
- Open the inbox of an IMAP mailbox
- Doubleclick on a mail to open it in a separate window
- Window does not open and after some seconds I get a message about a
connection timeout
- I click right on the mail and select it to be shown as unread to make sure I
don't miss reading the mail when opening the inbox the next time
- KMail crashes and produces this backtrace
