Cut from manual IMAP conversation:
9 list "INBOX" "*"
* LIST (\HasChildren) "/" "INBOX"
9 OK List completed.

KMail shows a folder INBOX/INBOX in the folder list, but then produces an error
message upon mail-sync ~"on reading the folder INBOX/INBOX": ~"the file or
directory INBOX/INBOX does not exist".
