Same over here... kmail 4.4.1, bogofilter 1.2.1.
It seems that this problem only occurs to me when kmail checks the default
account on startup. Never had this problem with my 2nd or 3rd account or if an
email arrives when kmail is already started. I'm using KDE for ~1 month now and
I believe ths bug occured less then a week ago for the first time.
I'll try to give some debug info later if I'm able to catch it.
