I've changed the version number, because the upcomping KMail 2.0 (which is the
current trunk version) shouldn't be affected by this bug (because Akonadi does
all the checking in the background in separate processes).

Not sure if I should also set the bug from NEW to ASSIGNED, because for the
sake of simplicity KMail 2.x has its own category in Bugzilla and will be filed
as "kmail2" and not "kmail" (similar to how the KAddressbook rewrite was
handled).
