When creating a new message in kmail it is not possible to choose groups of
addresses or complete address-book folder contents. Instead when clicking on
"Select" which is on the right-hand-side of the "To" field, you can choose only
the stuff from the old address book (kde4.3) in

     ~/.kde4/share/apps/kabc

and not from the new location in 

     ~/.local/share/contacts

I'm keen to select all addresses from "Address Book Folder" and this is not
possible.
