Both of these variables were defined in ~/.kde/share/config/kontactrc.  Plus,
when I enabled/disabled akanodi via the system settings panel the value of
kontact_akregatorpluginEnabled value changed accoringly.  Kontact crashes
without regard to akanodi state.

The reason I need to get to settings is because since the upgrade to Kde 4.4
the address book is pointing to the wrong data.
