Same here when I select Settings > Configure Contact.

Before, and with the same version of Kontact, I have been able to enter the
configuration dialog. However, now it crashes consistently.

When I delete kontactrc, afterwards I can configure Kontact again. I'll attach
the two config files (if I find out how to do this).
