Didn't manage to reproduce it. What would help is to attach to the resource
with a debugger and give me the remoteId() of the item passed as parameter to
ImapResource::retriveItem(). It's likely to be wrong (<=0) in which case that
would probably be an issue in the migration tool I guess.
