please implement an import/export function for mail accounts.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
reinstall kmail on another user or desktop and you have to reenter all mail
accounts


Expected Results:  
would be nice to be able to export all/selected mail accounts in a file/dir
then beeing able to import all/selected mail accounts from the saved file/dir
