One Addition:
The second line of all my mails says "X-Flags: xxxx" with xxxx being any
combination of 1s and 0s.

And sometimes (though not always) the duplicate mails seem to differ in the
xxxx, e.g one being "1001" and the duplicate being "0000".

Otherwise there 100% identical (checked with diff tool).
