After adding an account in kmail-mobile via the Account Wizard no success
dialog is shown. Account Wizard complains about wrong settings but doesn't give
the user any feedback if the settings are ok. Afterwards kmail-mobile has to be
restarted to show e.g. new folders and mails from an imap resource.

Reproducible: Didn't try



Expected Results:  
Show some success dialog after adding a valid account or update the folder list
and add the resource to reflect the new settings.
