Version:           1.13.3 (using KDE 4.4.3) 
OS:                Linux

Saving an attachment using Drag and Drop to Dolphin copies the attachment with
incorrect permissions.  Using "Save As" gives the expected permissions.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Receive an email with an attachment (tested with a jpeg)
2. Drag the attachment to a folder in Dolphin

Actual Results:  
Attachment is copied with 0400 permissions (-r--------)

Expected Results:  
Attachment is copied with 0644 permissions (-rw-rw-r--). umask is 0002

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.32-22-generic
