Hi again,

I installed KDE 4.5 RC2 (Kubuntu Lucid packages 64bit) and I still have the
same problem... Using only two disconnected IMAP accounts -- no filters.

I do not know if it helps, but I have noticed that clicking on the system tray
icon (thus restoring kmail's window) the CPU goes down to normal levels.
