I have all my kde in italian.
But kmail and kalarm are not translated
and all(menu and interface) is english.

Run kmail

Actual Results:  
english menus

Expected Results:  
italian menus

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.33.4
Compiler: gcc
