After fresh login-in, the kmail/kontact main window refuses to show up when I
click the kmail system tray icon. If I restart kontact/kmail manually, the bug
disappears. Is it related to "plasma-empty-window" bug?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Login with session restored
