Trying to add a new kolab addressbook does not work due to the fact that
'akonadi_kolabproxy_resource' is not available.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- Launch Kab-mobile
- click on 'New Address Book' button
- Akonadi server starts: 'Starting Akonadi Server...'
- Akonadi Server Self-test - Account assistant says that an error occured
during the start up of the Akonadi server.
- The Account Assistant starts.
- Enter all the necessary data and clicking next several times
- The account failes to be created


Actual Results:  
The following error message appears: Resource type
'akonadi_kolabproxy_resource' is not available. 
The addressbook is not added

Expected Results:  
The addressbook should have been added.
