Akonadi frequently shows my "Address Book" resource as "Loading
address book (0%)"

KAddressBook shows the list of my contacts, but gives blank dialog boxes when I
try top open a contact. I've already attempted the steps provided in the
troubleshooting guide.

I have a directory of .vcf files. This worked just fine pre-Akondadi

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into KDE
2. Launch Kontact
3. Attempt to edit contacts

Actual Results:  
Blank dialogue

Expected Results:  
Populated dialogue

I find this all quite frustrating.
