Summary: Make attachment loading on demand work again
           Product: KMail 2
           Version: 1.99.0
          Platform: Unlisted Binaries
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Keywords: akonadi-ports-regression
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: misc
        AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: mcguire at kde.org
            Blocks: 223438

Make sure that attachment loading on demand works correctly for IMAP.
This means that clicking on a message in the message list should not load the
complete message, the attachments should not be loaded yet (depending on the
attachment display strategy).

When the user views or saves an attachment, then they should be loaded.
KMail should show a progress bar in the progress manager when loading an
attachment.

The above was all available in KMail 1.

As an additional bonus, there should be a setting in the IMAP resource whether
or not to cache attachments. That would make it possible to have a disconnected
IMAP mode, but with attachment loading on demand.
