Currently, the context menus have lost some of the functions they had before.
For example, the message list context menu would show "Edit Message" for normal
messages and "Send Again" for sent messages.

Same for the folder context menu, it had "send queued messages" for the outbox.
And right now "Manage Local Subscriptions" doesn't make too much sense in the
context menu of the local folders.
