I have removed all other imap/dimap-accounts except one. Unfortunately this has
not resolved the problem. In addition, I have added a new dimap-account and
have explicitly set all folders to my new diamp-inbox. But again, this will be
ignored. May be another problem is related, in addition for ignoring the
sent-mail folder, kmail igonres as well the setting in my dimap-inbox 'keep
replies in this folder'. The replies are also stored in local/inbox instead.
Note, it is not the local sent-mail folder, instead it is the local/inbox.
