Summary: Standard language for spellchecking can't be persisted
           Product: kmail
           Version: 1.12.4
          Platform: Debian testing
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: thomas.winkler80 at gmx.de

Version: 1.12.4 (using KDE 4.3.4)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

I installed aspell (0.60.6-2) and aspell-de (20091006-3) with apt-get.

Now I wanted to use aspell for German spellchecking in KMail.

Firstly; I set the standard language to "Deutschland"(Germany) in the
systems settings --> land,region,language--> spellchecking.

But when composing a new mail, I need to set the standard language in KMail to
"Deutschland" again (New Mail -->Settings->spell checking).

Then I have the German spellcheckin for KMail.

However; the standard language settings won't be saved in KMail. Restarting
KMail means resetting the standard language to "Deutschland" again.
