Now that I was able to restart KMail (I got a "runs on another screen" warning
when trying to run it during the crash manager procedure) I can see that the
email is not deleted. It exists in my mailbox _and_ in the trash, though.
The second email has an attachment and embedded messages.

And, importantly: I cannot reproduce the issue with these two emails.
