KadressBook :

The menu File/Import seems to be closed : it is impossible to import a
adressbook backup (ldif, vip...)

Kontact :

I can't go further than the blue welcome page. I can't access to the main
window with calendar, contacts...

I joined these two observations because they seem related to me.
