In previous versions of KMail, the following commands were available in the
Message pull-down menu:

Forward->As Attachment
Forward->Inline
Forward->Redirect
Forward->With Custom Template

In KMail 1.13.0 (KDE 4.4.0), only the last of these is shown.  The first three
are accessible only via keyboard shortcuts or the context menu.
