Kmail correctly detects that a folder is a folder-only (does not contain mail,
only other folders), and displays it in the folder list grayed out.

(( I'm not sure what is the exact setup of the server, but there are two kinds
of folders. A folder-folder, that can only contain other folders, and cannot be
accessed for content and a mail-folder, that only contains mail, and cannot
contain other folders. ))

The problem is that even the folder is detected correctly, Kmail keeps trying
to access it (checking for new mail in this folder turned on by default) and
when selected, Kmail tries to download the content.

Both the new mail check and selection logically end up with server error
"Mailbox isn't selectable".
