When editing HTML formatted messages with line wrapping enabled, the line is
wrapped during editing, but no <br/> tag is inserted, so the wrapping is not
applied effectively. It should be, or the feature should be disabled when
typing formatted messages.

Personally, I would prefer a resonable max-width or width set for the body in
HTML messages, so that I would not have to care.

Currently, the best solution is to

* turn of line wrapping
* manually insert linebreaks by hitting SHIFT + RETURN at a reasonable width
(for example by looking at images in the message)

Not the easiest workflow...
