Summary: Useless "Select Address Book" dialog when adding a
                    contact
           Product: kaddressbook
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: openSUSE RPMs
        OS/Version: unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: psychonaut at nothingisreal.com
                CC: tokoe at kde.org

Version: (using KDE 4.4.0)
Installed from: openSUSE RPMs

Reproducibility: Always

Steps to reproduce:
1. From KNode, KMail, or some other application which interfaces with
KAddressbook, right-click on an e-mail address and select "Add to address book"

Observed behaviour:
2. A "Select Address Book" dialog pops up prompting the user to select which
address book to add the contact to. (See attached.) However, this dialog is
not useful if the user has only one address book.

Expected behaviour:
2. If the user has only one address book, then the "Select Address Book" dialog
should not be displayed. The dialog should be displayed if the user has more
than one address book.
