the bug still exists in kde 4.4 on kubuntu, using a german locale. in my
kmailrc i find in the section geometry:

filterdialogsize=1187,512

i closed kmail, removed this and removed all filters. then i started kmail
again. the entry filterdialogsize=1187,512 is created again.
