The default page size on all my printers is set to "letter". However, KMAIL
defaults to A4. If I click on "Properites", and immediately close the
"Properties" window, KMAIL correctly uses the default "letter" size. 100%
repeatable. Repeat: NO clicking (other than close) is required in "Properties"
to have KMAIL use the correct default size!
