Unfortunately, I am still seeing the mail duplication from time to time,
although it happens very infrequently. Typically, one copy stays in the "Inbox"
folder whereas the second copy shows up in the mail folder where the mail
actually should end up as configured by a filter rule.

Running KMail 1.12.4 on KDE 4.3.5.
