Actually Kolab was just an example, I meant all resources accessing IMAP over
KMail. I don't know if eGroupware does that, could be that it triggers Kontact
starting as well.

For now, you have to look in the KResource configuration, until everything is
fully ported to Akonadi.
Start "kcmshell4 kresources" to configure those.
