Currently in KMail 4.6 beta 3 I have two SMTP servers set up, smtp.google.com
and mail.alexandervanloon.nl. In Settings... > Configure KMail > Accounts >
Sending mail.alexandervanloon.nl is displayed as the default to use.

However, every time I send an e-mail smtp.google.com is used as default, unless
I tell KMail to explicitly use mail.alexandervanloon.nl by using the dropdown
menu of the Send button. It
