I can also confirm on Kubuntu 10.10 with <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD
XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd">
<body><h2 style="margin-top: 0px;">KMail 1.13.5</h2></body>

So apparently the bug also applies to the "KMail introduction" in the Help
menu... (That was an attempt to copy "KMail 1.13.5").

This bug is really awful -- any news on fixing it?
