After upgrading to 4.6beta2, I got my CPU taken at 100% by the Mysqld process.
So, I have removed the DB as usually adviced since the beggining of the KDE 4.x
series after such upgrade.

But this time, Akonadi/KMail is unable to recreate missing things.
I believed that KDEPIM was in a better form after so long months of
development.

Is there any way to get it back without removing by several years old config ?
