I have submitted now some screenshots which may explain better what I mean. 

The first zip-file (attachment id 54834) contains screenshots for a test in
which I used 
Dr. Ralph Moenchmeyer 
as the (Sender) name within my identity. The screenshots show the Identity
settings (see field "Your name"), the testmail and the header of the mail after
receiving it (see the FROM information there). 

The second zip-file (attachment id 54835) contains screenshots for a test in
which I used 
Dr Ralph Moenchmeyer 
as the (Sender) name within my identity. 

The last attachment (id 54836) shows the different mails in the mail list of
Kmail (KDE 4.6 Beta2).
