Summary: KOrganizer on computer 2, crashes KOrganizer std.ics
on computer 1, appairent when updating/writing to
                    std.ics
           Product: kontact
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Unlisted Binaries
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: crash
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: handsofmajic at yahoo.com

Application that crashed: kontact
Version of the application: 4.3.5
KDE Version: 4.3.5 (KDE 4.3.5) "release 0"
Qt Version: 4.5.3
Operating System: Linux 2.6.31.12-0.2-default i686
Distribution: "openSUSE 11.2 (i586)"

What I was doing when the application crashed:
I have reported this issue in the past report # 246944.
(1) However, then I was using SAMBA and have changed my home network to using
NFS v3 and that seemed to have solved the issue.
(2) Apparently the issue has not resolved itself by using NFS v3 instead of
SAMBA for updating/changing information from one computer to another on my home
network.
(3) this has happened 2 other time but there was insufficient information from
the backtrace to make a usable bug report.
(4) The changes made to the std.ics on computer 1 when updating from computer 2
are present when KOrganizer on computer 1 is restarted.
(5)Perhaps if the std.ics file was sitting on a readyNAS server or if the
computer where the std.ics file was not being used. Perhaps then all 3
computers on my home network could access it without any issue? It may simply
be that since it is in use by computer 1 where the file resides there is a
issue with the file changing from a remote source (computer 2)?
