Ok, tried again. This time it only migrated the missing two accounts (as
expected). What is strange is that I get a message "starting cache migration of
folder foo", then all the messages of that folder are counted down, and later
on I get "beginning import of local cache of folder foo" and all messages are
counted down again. Also I can't remember seeing the first messages (which are
logged for every individual folder) in the first run. That "importing local
cache" only gives one line in the log, the folder things are logged for every
folder alone.
