Sorry for the slow response, looks like it's fixed and good to go.  I had to
clean out the kmail2rc file's [FavoriteCollections] section for some reason
before I could add any other Favorites, but I can add and subtract favorites
without crash or restart.  I had not tried until today but in Version 2.0.89
(KDE 4.6 Beta2) it's fixed.  Thank you.
