I believe I have an idea what causes this on my system. Unfortunately I not the
trunk-runner so I can not check if the problem is resolved in trunk. After
disabling Nepomuk, the folder selection-dialogue started to become usable
again. Nepomuk as such was slowing down my system and Kmail2 very much so that
I had to disable it. I know this is not a solution, but may in this case it
would make sense if involving Nepomuk is really need in the dialogue. There are
e.g. also folder tooltips which are also shown in this dialogue and hardly make
any sense. On a slower system this surely could save some ressources.
