Try to import a *.cer File from DATEV eg Nürnberg (www.Datev.de)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Try to import

Actual Results:  
Don't import, gives messages to send a bug-Report

Expected Results:  
import the cert ;-)

OS: Microsoft Windows (i686) release 5.1 (XP Professional)
