[Bug 259055] kmail-migrator doesn't copy per-folder local settings

Icon and other are stored when we use kmail-migrator.
Without it we can't stored them.
We need to convert id value as (.kde/share/apps/kmail/....) to id akonadi value
for expiration setting for example.
without it we can't store them.

For other settings will look at soon
