[Bug 256721] No down arrow in the 'Actions tab' to show that other functionalities are available

It is corrected now.

I can see a visual indicator (horizontal dark grey bar) at the bottom of the
tab that shows there are more options if the user scrolls down now.

I am wondering if the users will see that bar and understand what it stands
for... Maybe an arrow would be more seft explatory.
