Indeed it is corrected now so I am closing this bug.

Note: the Send again functionality is now only available from the Local Folders
sent-mail folder. So go there and click on the email you wish to resend, open
the 'Actions' tab, click on 'Email' and on 'Send again'.

The subject of the email can be edited now.
