I can confirm this too. It happens on my laptop, whenever i use Kmail on it, it
deletes ALL emails received after 3.11.2010 from ALL 3 of my IMAP accounts.

Unluckily only gmail has the all emails folder that saves them. From my 2 other
accounts mails are lost forever.

My desktop is running KDE 4.4.5 and kmail 1.13.5 on x86_64 gentoo and it
doesn't show this behavior. Go figure. Emerge info:
emerge --info kmail | tail -n3
kde-base/kmail-4.4.7 was built with the following:
USE="debug handbook kontact (multilib) (-aqua) (-kdeenablefinal) (-kdeprefix)"

My laptop is running KDE 4.4.5 and kmail 1.13.5 on x86 gentoo. Emerge info:
emerge --info kmail | tail -n3
kde-base/kmail-4.4.7 was built with the following:
USE="handbook kontact (-aqua) -debug (-kdeenablefinal) (-kdeprefix)"

I can post complete emerge --info's later when i am at my laptop if needed.
