Seems to be triggered by a not running gpg-agent. Eg. running "gpgsm
--list-secret-keys" on the console correctly auto-starts the gpg-agent, and
then keylisting works correctly in kmail afterwards as well. 

@Marcus: gpg-agent auto-start bug in gpgme?
