When reading a mail with a long subject (>1 line), the text is shown above the
folder.

I expect the subject to be cropped/abbreviated (e.g. with "...") or the area
expanded, so that I can easily read information the below (folder, date).

Observed in 4:4.5~20100820.1165966-1maemo1.1167016 .
