When deleting an recipient in the same row, it does not work. Mouse needs to be
moved before deletion is possible

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Hit reply to an Email with multiple recipients.
Go to the second recipient.
Delete the recipient with a click on the black box with the white cross on the
right hand side of the address-field
(Kmail now refreshes the recipient list)
Now click again on the box -> Nothing happens
You need to move the mouse and delete a different entry before the 2nd entry
can be deleted

Expected Results:  
After the refresh of the recipient line, another recipient can be deleted in
the same line
